About This Position

The Sales Representative position will be responsible for lead generation and contacting lapsed customers of the business. This individual will be responsible for conducting research to locate the appropriate contact and sending an email with the appropriate messaging, catalog, and sales information to win back their business. We will primarily be reaching out via email and it is not necessary to speak over the phone. We are looking for someone who has experience with lead generation and the appropriate platforms and who is a motivated and determined individual. This is a standard salary based position but will also have additional commission opportunities on top of the salary.

Responsibilities & duties:

• Research, track, maintain and update leads
• Create outgoing emails to develop new business
• Contact prospects to qualify leads
• Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
• Research and maintain lead generation database
• Conduct customer research
• Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
• Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
• Provide accurate and timely information to management
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

Skills / attributes required:

• Excellent English communication (written mandatory, verbal a plus)
• Experience with cold calling/emailing in wholesale or retail industry
• Experience with research and maintaining databases
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in using CRM
• Strong project and time management skills
• Experience working with Western companies (preferred)

Qualifications:

•Proficient or advanced with G-Suite (Sheets, Documents, Gmail, Calendars, Slides) and
•Competent problem solver
•Excellent written communication skills
•Great attitude
•Able to function effectively in a fast paced work environment
•2+ years administrative experience
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
•Detail oriented and organized
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally within the company
• Detail oriented and organized
