Expect to earn $500 to $800 in the first month during probation, and after a performance review there will be discussions for a permanent commission based add on.

– Language Proficiency: A stellar command of English is essential, with a minimum proficiency of C1. We’re looking for individuals who can articulate ideas eloquently, empathize with users, and maintain a professional demeanor in all communications.

– Typing Speed: In our fast-paced environment, we need individuals who can keep up. A minimum typing speed of 55 words per minute is required.

– Emotional and Intellectual Intelligence: High EQ and IQ are crucial for understanding user needs, delivering tailored support, and coming up with innovative solutions to complex challenges.
– Technology Requirements: A stable and fast internet connection is non-negotiable for this role. Minimum ping should be 20ms.
