Responsibilities:
Sales Creation and Closure: Utilize our system proficiently to generate and close sales effectively.
Adaptability: Ability to craft compelling sales pitches on the fly, tailored to individual customer needs, without reliance on scripts.
Cold Calling: Possess necessary equipment (decent internet and headset) for effective cold calling.
Self-Motivation: Proactively work to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating autonomy and initiative.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and organization in all sales activities, with a keen focus on detail.
Time Management: Attend all scheduled meetings, record sales calls, and provide adequate notice for unavailability.
Lead Engagement: Follow up diligently with existing leads, maintain CRM systems, and monitor sales activities.
Communication Skills: Confidently communicate in English, with a professional phone demeanor.

Requirements:
Strong sales acumen and ability to work independently.

Willingness to work graveyard shifts (North American daytime shift).
Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
