Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of TKOR Classroom. As a sales rep, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your expertise will be instrumental in promoting our products and services, and driving measurable results through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
