We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Aesthetic Clinic and Barber Shop Sales Representative. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by expanding the reach of our products in aesthetic clinics and barber shops.

Job Overview:

Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with aesthetic clinics and barber shops to secure placement of our hair growth products. This individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and maximizing sales opportunities within the beauty and grooming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and research potential aesthetic clinics and barber shops that would benefit from offering our hair growth products to
their clients.
-Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for product placement in aesthetic clinics and barber shops.
-Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target establishments, including clinic owners, aestheticians,
barbers, and salon managers.
-Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness and benefits of our hair growth products.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns tailored to the beauty and
grooming industry.
-Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with clinic and barber shop representatives.
-Track sales activities, orders, inventory, pipeline, and results.
-Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends within the aesthetic clinic and barber shop segments.

Qualifications:

-Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the beauty, grooming, or healthcare industry.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade stakeholders in the beauty
and grooming industry.
-Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving sales targets.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Knowledge of the aesthetic clinic and barber shop market, including industry trends and customer preferences, is preferred.
-Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Pay: Php25,000.00 – Php30,000.00 per month
