Responsibilities:
– Proactively seek new business opportunities in the real estate and mortgage industry.
– Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their video marketing needs.
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
– Establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Present, promote, and sell our video marketing services to prospective customers.
– Coordinate with the creative team to ensure client needs are met.
– Report on sales results and provide insights for further business growth.
– Provide ongoing communication and support to clients throughout the sales process.
– Collaborate with additional team members to share, refine, and document best sales practices and improve sales conversion process.
– Attend a 15 min daily standup call to report priorities and progress.

Requirements:
– At least 3 years of BPO Experience, required
– Proficiency in sales and negotiation, required
– Coachable attitude: able to take feedback well and changes sales behaviors as a result, required
– Strong written and verbal English (C1/C2) communication skills, required
– Self-starter with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required
– Must exhibit a pleasant, confident, and trustworthy demeanor, required
– Strong working knowledge of CRM software preferred, but not required
– A deep understanding of the real estate and mortgage industry, preferred, but not required

Job Type:
– Full-time, negotiable compensation with a generous commission compensation (5-10% commission on high-ticket, recurring service packages)

STEP 1:

STEP 2:
After reviewing your application, candidates may be invited to participate in a full-length interview. We value our team culture very highly, and these often take 2-3 hrs covering education history, employment history, and learning more about you. This is also a great opportunity to learn more about us and the vision of what we’re building.

STEP 3:
The final candidate(s) will be asked to share at least 1 former employer reference and at least 1 character reference. This will be the final step of the hiring process, prior to extending a trial offer.

STEP 4:
At the time a trial offer is extended, you will be onboarded as a Business Development Representative with a 90-day PAID trial period. Expectations for this trial period include participating as an active member of the team, attending meetings on time, performing lead nurture/conversion activities according to quota’s, and successfully setting appointments and selling clients on service packages. At the conclusion of the trial period, participation and performance will be evaluated and success will result in a permanent invitation to join the team.
