DIGITAL MARKETING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Ready to jump start your career in 2024? We are expanding our sales teams and currently hiring for a dynamic Digital Media Sales Representatives. You will be a key member of a growing team focused on the execution of innovative digital advertising campaigns that drive revenue.
As a Digital Media Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling advertising and digital marketing solutions to companies across the country.

This is an outstanding full-time opportunity for someone interested in a fun, fast-paced, and challenging Sales environment. We will provide you the opportunity to make contributions immediately while developing the skills and knowledge to be successful.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Aggressively prospect, develop, and close leads using a variety of sources.
• Work directly with businesses to discuss and understand their needs and then develop customized solutions to drive leads to their business.
• Own entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale.
• Ability to utilize technology to engage clients.
• Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Sales Execution with a strong ability to communicate effectively on the phone and close contracts at once.
• Outbound and inbound calls to reach potential customers including but not limited to outreach cold calls as well as receive inbound calls from leads and respond to their inquiries/ concerns.
• Sold Quota Attainment. Must be a consistent achiever of assigned monthly sold quota.
• Sales Activity Reporting. Ensure timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of sales activities and customer/competitive information through our CRM.
• Pipeline Management and Forecasting. Provide an accurate forecast of sales results and
continuously management of sales activity – new, renewals and upsells.
• Needs Analysis. Perform a current merchant analysis of clients’ needs and provide a
“winning solution”.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of proven success in the field of sales and business development. Hardcore professional experience with hunter mentality and strong desire to succeed.
• Strong business development focus, willing to prospect and uncover new potential digital advertisers and drive to develop opportunities from prospect level through to deal close.
• A strong understanding and passion for the digital world including but not limited to Online Advertising, SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Web Development, App Development, E-commerce services and more.
• Must be highly experienced in a high-volume sales driven position.
• Computer literate and internet-savvy.
• Extensive exposure on high volume fast-paced industry is preferred related to identifying prospective clients through various sales and marketing channels.
• Possesses successful history and proven recorded ability to meet and exceed sales goals in order to secure revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication skills using the English medium.
