As a Sales Representative at 120collection, your mission is to drive revenue growth while offering an engaging and personalized experience for our customers. In recognition of your efforts and dedication, you will receive a generous 30% commission per sale, fostering a work environment where your earnings are directly proportional to your achievements.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers who are actively seeking exquisite pieces of jewelry. We utilize three primary modes of communication to connect with our customers: Website, text and email. Once engaged, representatives are expected to use open-ended questions and active listening to understand the individual preferences and desires of each customer, positioning 120collection as the ultimate destination for unique and beautiful jewelry. Your role is crucial in ensuring that customers have a delightful and fulfilling experience with 120collection, helping to establish our brand as a go-to solution in the jewelry industry.
**Job Requirements**
While experience in a similar role is beneficial (we’re looking for candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience), the most vital qualifications are a determined spirit, the ability to learn quickly, and excellent communication skills with proficiency in English. During the one-hour consultation sessions, you will discuss personal style preferences and jewelry choices, making clear and empathic communication essential.

– 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a luxury retail environment
– Adaptability and willingness to embrace change
