Position Details:
– Job Title: Sales Representative
– Type of Employment: Full-time
– Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM PST, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
– Job Summary: You will make cold calls to prospective solar customers, manage leads in our CRM system, and follow up diligently to close deals.
– Key Responsibilities:
– Call leads provided by the company
– Manage and update leads in the CRM
– Follow up with prospects to close sales

Qualifications:
– Required:
– Excellent English communication skills with minimal accent
– Preferred:
– Experience in sales and CRM
– Stable and reliable internet connection

Compensation and Benefits:
– Salary: $6/hr + 7% commission on successfully closed deals
– Benefits:
– Bonuses and commission
– Benefits (healthcare, SSS, etc.) after a 3-month probationary period
