Sales Representative

Are you a sales superstar? We are looking for a new sales representative to handle the warm leads for our web design agency.

What You will Be Doing?

• Convert warm leads from our general inbox and Fiverr chat inbox to client calls and in turn, sales. (no cold calling, all calls/emails are people who approach us for our services)
• Manage leads in our CRM: accurately maintain records from both direct enquiries and Fiverr chat enquiries
• Communicate clearly and provide exemplary customer service
• Book and attend video sales calls with prospective clients from all around the world in English (Australia/USA/Europe)
• Take a consultative approach to understand client needs
• Efficiently and effectively quoting clients based on your sales calls / chats
• Add converted sales into our project management system

What Qualifications Do You Need?

• Fluent English speaker
• Proven history to convert sales
• Outstanding written & video call communication skills, and fast typing skills
• Professional Appearance
• Owner mentality: you are self-motivated, set your own goals and deliver results working independently
• Be tenacious, high-energy, positive and able to overcome objections
• Be very attentive to details with consistent error-free execution
• Home office: high speed internet + back-up internet + privacy (office or room with no background noise)

Bonus Points For…
• Knowledge of Website Design (WordPress, Plugins, Themes, Hosting, Domain Registries)
• Knowledge of SEO
• Experience with HubSpot
• Experience with Jira (project management)

Who Are We?

We are Miti Websites an SEO & Web Design Agency based in Brisbane Australia. We have a small team of 6 and we work closely with mostly small service based business owners to help them build and redesign their websites and help them rank organically online.

Hours & Compensation

• Flexible work-from-home setting (no more commute!) + flexible team policies for time-off, family emergencies, etc.
• NO GRAVEYARD SHIFTS! We are based in Australia – your shifts will be split shifts from
7am-11am
4pm-8pm
(all times are in Filipino timezone) Monday to Friday
• USD$600 + UNCAPPED commission (total USD$600-USD$1,500 per month). Commission varies based on performance.

We are a small team with a big mission. We are looking for long-term team members and if you consistently contribute to the team & company, you will have room for growth.
