We are now looking to expand our client base and are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Recruiter/Representative to join our team.
Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Recruiter/Representative to identify and close clients who require residential window cleaning services in the York Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be comfortable using various methods to generate leads and close sales.
Responsibilities
• Identify potential clients in the designated areas (Markham, Stouffville, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Vaughan, Woodbridge, North York, King City).
• Use any preferred method (e.g., cold calling, networking, online marketing) to find and engage with potential clients.
• Close sales and secure service appointments between 11am EST and 4pm EST.
• Provide detailed client information upon closing (phone number, address, price of the cleaning, and scheduled cleaning date/time).
• Adhere to the pricing structure and sales guidelines provided.
• The candidate is responsible for finding/closing clients through their method of choosing.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role. You will earn $27 for every $225 sale once the cleaning service is completed. The more clients you close, the more you earn. For example, closing 10 clients in one day can earn you $270.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable access to phone and internet for communication and sales activities.
• Familiarity with the York Region and its residential areas is a plus.
