Professional Moving company is seeking for a reliable, energetic, friendly and self-motivated individual to join our team in a full-time entry level position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
– Maintaining regular contact with clients, answering their inquiries, and providing consultations on the company’s services.
– Establishes and sustains relationships with customers to create opportunities for future and repeat business.
– Prepares detailed moving estimates for customers moving locally or long distance
– Reach out to customer leads that we receive daily and obtain all necessary information in order to provide an accurate quote.
– Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
– Achieve quarterly performance objectives and goals.
– Finalizes sales paperwork in a precise and timely manner.
– Documents all estimates with any special instructions or notes pertaining to the needs of the customer.
– Communicates all customer expectations to move coordinator and operations team.
– Performs follow-ups on pending estimates and maintains information in Move Board CRM software.
– Maintains direct contact with customers to answer questions and resolve issues before, during and after the move.
– Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
– Conscientiously maintains and manages a vigorous calendar of appointments.
– Regularly monitors email, text messages and voice mail for customer and company communication. Respond to any inquiry within 5 minutes of receiving it.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Experienced in Sales: previous experience as an Account Executive/Sales Rep, Business Development Rep, or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in inbound sales.
– Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
– Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
– Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
– Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
– Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
– Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
– Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
– Clear speaking voice
– Great people skills
– Self motivated
– Comfortable working independently
– Strong communication skills over the phone
– Result-Oriented: Focused on achieving sales quotas set by the company.
– Knowledge in bookkeeping/accounting is a plus. ?
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A SUCCESSFUL INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE?
– Must provide own device for training and development
– Minimum RAM: 8GB, 16GB recommended
– Laptop: 8th gen Core i5 or better/AMD Ryzen series
– Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above/10th gen Core i3 or higher
– Mac: 2017 Core i5 or higher/2016 Core i7 or higher (Core i3 not recommended)
– Must have suitable work-from-home space in Philippines
10 Mbps minimum internet connection
– Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
– Willing to work full-time (40+ hrs/week): M-F: 8-5 EST & Sat/Sun: 9-3 EST
– Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Office and productivity/project management tools
– Experience with remote/virtual work preferred but not required
– Positive attitude and ability to take initiative
Compensation: $6.00 per hour
Plus Monthly Bonus based on the sale volume
