Sales Representative B2B / Virtual Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cold Calling/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a representative for our Airbnb business, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and secure bookings for our properties as well as build relationships with our customers.

We are a corporate housing/Airbnb Management company that has over 23 properties across the UK and is a rapidly
growing family-run accommodation business. We are a team of dedicated hosts who believe in providing a warm and personal experience to all our guests. We offer self-catering short- medium stay accommodation across the UK with a focus on London.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct cold calls to potential customers and introduce them to our Airbnb properties
– Educate potential customers about the unique features and benefits of staying at our properties
– Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
– Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after their stay
– Keep updated on industry trends and competitor properties in order to effectively sell our offerings
– Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies and maximize results

Requirements:
– Previous experience in cold calling and sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Highly self-motivated with a strong drive for results
– Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
– Familiarity with Airbnb platform and its features
– Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
