Location: Remote (Our company is based in Sweden, but we embrace a global workforce)

Our products have caught the attention of beard enthusiasts worldwide, leading to a successful e-commerce operation and recent expansions into major retail outlets. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help us bring our premium beard care products to even more customers globally.

Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our expansion, focusing on identifying and securing new retail partnerships. Your main responsibilities will include:
Researching and identifying potential retailers that align with our brand’s ethos and customer base.
– Initiating contact with potential retail partners through email and phone to introduce our products and negotiate retail agreements.
– Managing ongoing relationships with our retail partners, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for further collaboration.
– Working closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure a consistent and effective brand message across all retail channels.
– Keeping detailed records of all sales activities and reporting on progress to the sales manager.

Requirements:
– Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales, particularly in identifying and negotiating retail partnerships.
– Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for communicating effectively with potential partners and team members.
– Strategic Thinking: Ability to strategically identify and pursue sales opportunities that align with our brand and growth goals.
– Self-Motivated: As a remote position, the ability to work independently and stay motivated is crucial.
– Bonus Experience: Prior experience in applying for partnerships with larger retail platforms like Walmart is highly regarded.
