As a Business Development Officer, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about toys and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth for our company. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet our clients’ needs and help us achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce, retail and wholesale sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets
Monitor industry trends and market conditions
Identify and research potential clients, market
Drive the end-to-end sales process
Prepare and submit sales contracts
Analytical and detail-oriented
Guardian of company culture (ethics, brand builder, integrity)
Commitment to continuous learning
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Onboard new employees
Contact potential clients via phone and emails

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

Work hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time $6.25/hr. to start, plus commission every close every 3 months, and performance bonuses every 3 months(willing to work with you to grow together)
