Autoline Industries is looking to hire a Sales Retention Specialist and Associate; it focuses on end-to-end sales and support. This role will work closely with our team to ensure all customers are provided exceptional service and support. We are growing rapidly and are looking for highly motivated, adaptable, customer-focused Sales Retention Specialists and Associates to scale with us. What Your Day Might Look Like
As a successful hire, you will use your knowledge to ensure sales goals are achieved through referrals, leads from internal teams, and event attendance. You will grow and support existing accounts and onboard and build lasting relationships with new accounts while providing exceptional service and support. The Sales Retention Specialist and Associate has several responsibilities that are vital to the company’s success and will:
• Serve as the primary contact for all new leads
• Answer product or sales questions via Phone, Email, or Chat Systems
• Prospect and connect with potential customers
• Ring up Purchases and Sales
• Identify new sales and channel partner opportunities, and seek opportunities to upsell to existing clients.
• Develop programs to improve customer engagement and assist in business plans goals
• Total engagement or execution in any Marketing Activities/ Ideas
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to improve company and product loyalty
• Reach & exceed monthly targets of appointments/virtual meetings as necessary
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple departments to assist with maintaining accurate records and product information
• Understand company products and brands
• Ensure brand improvement by collecting feedback from all types of customers
• Monitor automotive forums for activity about our brands or potential opportunities
• Inform and educate customers on new product releases

Hours, Benefits, and Compensation:
This is a full-time remote position, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm at our warehouse in Mesa, Arizona. Some nights and weekends may be required occasionally.
