Sales Representative – Earn 100,000p+

About Us:
Virtual Legal Staffing specializes in connecting law firms with pre-screened, highly skilled
remote legal assistants. Our mission is to improve the efficiency of law firms, while
reducing significant expenses.

Your Responsibilities:
– Engage with potential clients to promote awareness of our company, convince
clients on the importance of remote staff, understanding their needs, qualify leads,
and schedule appointments for the sales team.
– Work closely with the Head of Sales, to refine messaging and improve the best
methods for the company to expand at a healthy rate.
– Document all forms of communication with leads via our CRM and provide regular
reports on progress and success rates.

Requirements:
– At least 1 year sales experience. Cold calling experience highly valued.
– At least 3 months of customer service experience is a plus.
– At least 35 mbps ISP speed and an i5 processor or equivalent.
– Must have a decent headset and be in a quiet environment.
– Excellent active listening and communication skills.
– The ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
– Organized and detail-oriented: Strong organizational skills managing multiple
leads and follow-up activities.
– Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment.
– Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
