ABOUT THE ROLE
123 Tuition is looking to bring in a number of energetic, creative, driven and competitive sales professionals to join our growing team of 8. Reporting to our Managing Director, your day-to-day responsibilities would be:
• Book online presentations with interested New Zealand families for yourself
• Grow revenue and achieve sales targets on a quarterly basis through the sale of home based educational courses in maths and English for school age children
• Conducting online presentations to interested families across the country
• Create new business through company provided leads, and be involved in promotions to generate leads
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, by prospecting potential new customers, and working with active customers
• Sales planning and updating customer details and completing key reporting

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Previous working experience in a Field Sales role achieving/exceeding sales targets
• Proven experience in client facing roles in Sales using PowerPoint and Zoom to present to clients, showcasing your clear and your strong negotiation skills
• Excellent English, both spoken and comprehension
• Proven experience in high volume calling situations
• Evidence your professionalism, have integrity and a genuine, honest approach to sales
• Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to work hard
• Have experience with CRM systems
• Own smartphone, laptop and home office
