Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our state-of-the-art Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, designed to streamline operations for recreation centers and tennis/pickleball facilities. Our comprehensive platform includes payments processing, reservations, member management, and a full CRM suite, aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency and customer experience of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: Actively identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities within the recreation industry, focusing on rec centers and tennis/pickleball facilities. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relations: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how our software solution can meet those needs.

Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations, both virtually and in- person, highlighting the key features and benefits of our SaaS platform.

Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth and revenue objectives.

Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between clients and our product development team, providing valuable feedback to aid in the continual improvement of our software solution.

Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the recreation industry, specifically rec centers and tennis/pickleball facilities, is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects. Compensation.
This is a commission-only position, offering a competitive commission structure with no cap on earnings. The more you sell, the more you earn. Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the company based on performance.
