Key Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Sales Calls:
Handle inbound calls from hot leads seeking services in the United States.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, qualify leads, and close sales deals.
Product/Service Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the services offered, including locksmith services, garage repair, loans, and other relevant offerings.
Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Lead Qualification and Conversion:
Qualify leads efficiently to understand their needs and preferences.
Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into satisfied customers.
CRM Utilization:
Record and maintain accurate information on customer interactions using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Targets and Metrics:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with Team:
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Share insights and best practices with the team to enhance overall sales performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer skills.
Resilience, motivation, and a positive attitude in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in selling services related to locksmiths, garage repair, loans, or similar industries.
Knowledge of the United States market and regional nuances.
Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced call center.
