Sales Representative (Lead Generation)

What is your Purpose?
As the Sales Representative, you will be generating quality leads that are identified as future clients. The Sales Specialist will work behind the scenes, using data, technology, and processes to hunt and gather targets to support business development strategies. The Sales Representative should be curious, self-motivated, organized, and resourceful while collaborating to identify people-driven and culture-focused targets. As a Sales Representative, you will help grow and scale the company’s future.

What will you impact?
As the Sales Representative, you will utilize our tools, our playbook, and your resourcefulness to leverage data, creativity, and organization skills to complement growth initiatives. You will increase lead generation from digital and strategic outreach efforts and ongoing marketing and sales campaigns. You should be tenacious and energized by identifying company targets, generating qualified leads and the overall pursuit of personal growth. Experience & Requirements
• 2+ years’ experience in sales or marketing required
• Tech & System-savviness a MUST, and Hubspot preferred
• Experience and success in generating, analyzing, and operationalizing qualified leads and BD data
• Demonstrated ability to increase qualified leads while successfully impacting sales campaigns and conversions
