Salary: $1000-$1400
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Representative with outstanding English language skills to join our team. In this non-voice position, the candidate has to take care of customer service through written communication and be able to provide prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via chat
• Process customer orders and payments quickly and accurately
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest appropriate changes to improve customer experience
• Update customer account information as needed
• Maintain customer database and track everything in excel sheets
Requirements:
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in English; C2(Advanced/Mastery) Level is a requirement
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in the use of computers and customer service software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
