Our company Retail Holdings LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base by reaching out to potential clients within the US market.
Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls and establishing meaningful connections with prospects.
Your goal is to introduce them to our exceptional beauty product and persuade them to open an account with us, sell our products in their physical retail shop and become valued distributors of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct outbound calls to potential customers within the US, introducing them to our products.
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our beauty products to effectively communicate their benefits and features.
– Build and nurture relationships with leads, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
– Achieve and exceed set sales targets by closing deals, opening new accounts and securing new customers that have physical stores (not online stores).
– Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
– Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies for success.

Qualifications:

– Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
– Fearless and confident in making outbound sales calls.
– Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
– Dynamic and enthusiastic personality.
– Prior sales or telemarketing experience will be highly regarded.
– Ability to work effectively from the comfort of your own home, within the US time zone.
– Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset.
