Monthly Commission-based Bonus for the following month:
Tier 0: 0~4 sales made in the previous month, 0 percent increase of the hourly rate during the current month
Tier 1: 5 sales made in the previous month, 10 percent increase of the hourly rate during the current month
Tier 2: 10 sales made in the previous month, 20 percent increase of the hourly rate during the current month
Tier 3: 20 sales made in the previous month, 40 percent increase of the hourly rate during the current month

Hey Personal Assistant is looking for a sales rep with 1-year of sales experience over the phone and email. Travel booking and customer service experience are a plus.

To make the role successful, you need to meet the qualifications below:
Required qualifications:
1. One-year sales experience
2. Efficient English writing and speaking skills as you will talk to customers, and travel agency customer service when booking a trip.
3. Access to steady internet, computer, and headset
4. As a remote job, you should feel comfortable that we will monitor your computer for work efficiency and evaluate your work based on it.
5. Travel booking and customer service background are preferred
6. Experience with Salesforce
7. Ability to follow instructions and guidelines
8. Ability to solve problems and find solutions
