Position Summary:

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

We work in a fast-paced industry. So it’s crucial that our sales reps would:

– Be a fast learner
– Pay close attention to detail
– Follow instructions to the letter

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers as they shop for new products or services
• Making product suggestions according to the wants and needs of customers
• Locating prospective customers, generating them into leads, and eventually converting them to customers
• Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
• Using strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to answer any questions about the product
• Preparing and submitting weekly sales reports to management
• Utilize and maintain the CRM and following up with current customers to continue building relationships

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Demonstrated product knowledge and sales abilities
• Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns
• Strong public speaking skills to present product or services to customers
• Communication skills to confidently make cold calls or negotiate sales terms
• Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas

Working Hours:

Full-time and part-time positions available.
Monday to Friday (Saturday also available as an option).

Benefits:

– Qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period.
– We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

Salary: $480-$800/month depending on skill level, experience, and FT/PT.
