To date, we have helped 100+ companies, and trained 1000+ industry professionals, across 50+ countries in all major industries. Founded in 2018, we are headquartered in Brisbane, Australia but work virtually with most of our team based in the Philippines.

The company is growing with a small team of full-time and part-time contractors working across the Asia-Pacific region, currently all reporting to the Operations Manager, also based in the Philippines whilst our Managing Director is based in Brisbane, Australia. We will deliberately hire talent in different regions of the world to keep costs down, create diversity, and build a multi-lingual team.

What’s on Offer

As Sales Representative – Scholarship Programs you will manage the sales process for the Reliability Academy Scholarship Programs. Your focus will be converting leads obtained through ads and social media. You will engage leads via email, chat, sms, and sales calls to help make the right decision based on their circumstances. Our Scholarship Program is a unique, and valuable career opportunity, but we do not want to push it onto anyone who is not a good fit for the program.

Your first target will be to reach 20-25 sales per month ($10,000 in revenue) within the first 3 months. The program currently runs at about $4,000 per month with very limited sales effort. Conversion can be significantly improved and with a renewed focus on improving our ads, there should be huge growth potential.

You will be paid a basic salary (minimum wage) plus a very generous tiered commission structure enabling you to earn in total $1,200 per month if you hit the sales target of $10,000 per month.

You will work remotely reporting directly to our Operations Manager. Work hours will be during Australian business hours i.e. 9am to 5pm GMT+10 or 11am to 7pm Philippines time. There will be flexibility with start/end times so that you can conduct sales calls with leads in other time zones, but you will work the majority of your time during these hours.

There will be a 3-month probation period. After the probation period, you will be eligible for the following benefits: 13th month paid (pro-rata), Private Health Insurance allowance (PHP50,000 per year), and 20 days of Paid Leave.

Scope of Work

– Engage with leads and work to convert them into our Scholarship program via chat, email and (video) sales calls.
– Track the marketing and sales funnel performance metrics and report these on a weekly basis to the team e.g. number of leads, number of calls, number of applications, number of actual sales
– Identify opportunities to improve the marketing and sales funnel based on (customer) feedback and work with the rest of the team to implement these improvements
– Opportunity to progress and become involved in our B2B sales process

About You

– You are honest, reliable, and have a great attitude to work.
– You do what you say and say what you do.
– You love building connections with other people online & offline.
– You believe in consultative sales, and helping people achieve their goals
– You enjoy starting conversations via phone, socials, and email no matter where in the world they are
– You pay attention to detail, get things right the first time most of the time but are not afraid to make a mistake and take responsibility.
– You take initiative and can work with relatively little supervision.
– You speak up when you don’t know something or don’t understand, but are proactive enough to then go and find out and learn.
– You can work well on your own, but are also a good team player. You have no problem receiving feedback from others and acting on it.

Your Skills

– You have solid experience in online sales, conducting sales calls, lead generation on LinkedIn, and are very familiar with online marketing funnels and basic copywriting practices.
– You have fluent English and especially your written English is clear, concise, and accurate. If you speak one of our target languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic) this would be highly regarded.
– You have strong IT skills and ideally have been exposed to online business models
– Ideally, you would have a technical (engineering) background or education so you easily grasp what we do.
