Job Description

Outbound Telesales Representative

$100 Bonus for every deal closed
Work for a US-based real estate land company

What’s in it for you?
1. 10-40 hours of work per week.
2. Base rate of $5.00 USD per hour. Depending on your experience + extra performance bonus.
3. You can work from home as long as you have a proper home office setup / good internet connection.

What do we ask from you?
– Your exact working hours will be discussed. But will be Tuesday – Saturday.
– Some tasks such as calling or texting prospects will need to be done between 10:00 AM EST and 8:00 PM EST. Other tasks can be completed on a flexible schedule.
– We do not accept any applicants that have 2 or 3 other jobs already.

Your tasks:
– Outbound Calls: You’ll be contacting potential customers (warm leads) who have already expressed an interest in selling their vacant land. You will ask a couple of basic questions and then make them an offer to purchase their land. Once you have agreed on a price our office will take over and complete the process.
– Use our texting platform to contact potential customers and make them and offer on the vacant property.
– Use our emailing platform to contact potential customers and make them and offer on the vacant property.
– Eventually, we would like to have you start comping properties.

Requirements
– Experience with outbound calls. Comfortable and professional in phone conversations. You need to be able to be firm with customers and representatives but also friendly and personable.
– Ability to make phone calls from Open Phone (access will be provided)
– Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a similar job
– You need to be tech-savvy as you’ll have to work with a lot of different software programs such as Google products (Google Drive, Sheets, Documents, Gmail, OpenPhone and CRM ()).
– Very well mannered
– Being able to work independently.
– Excellent Fluency in English. And Great communication skills.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
– Proper home office setup
– You need to be persistent and determined to succeed. In this job you’ll have to deal with rejection and objections, as in any other sales job. You will succeed and earn a lot of money if you’re willing to work hard and be persistent and consistent.
