What’s in it for you?
1. 10-40 hours of work per week with the option to get more hours depending on performance. We start you with 20 hours and we can gradually increase this.
2. Base rate of $8.00 AUD per hour. Depending on your experience + extra performance bonus.

What do we ask from you?
– Your exact working hours will be discussed. But will be Monday – Friday no weekends.
– You need to be available during UK school hours.
– We do not accept any applicants that have 2 or 3 other jobs already

Your tasks:
– Outbound Calls: you’ll be contacting potential customers to sell our educational resources. You’ll be responsible for the whole process. From making initial contact, to closing the sale. After you closed the sale, our office will take over for the after sale support.
– Providing support to our managers and employees.
– Being in contact with management and our international teams in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Requirements
– Experience with outbound calls. Comfortable and professional in phone conversations. You need to be able to be firm with customers and representatives but also friendly and personable.
– Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a similar job
– You need to be tech-savvy as you’ll have to work with a lot of different software programs such as Google products (Google Drive, Sheets, Documents, Gmail).
– Very well mannered
– Being able to work independently.
– Excellent Fluency in English. And Great communication skills.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
– Proper home office setup
– You need to be persistent and determined to succeed. In this job you’ll have to deal with rejection and objections, as in any other sales job. You will succeed and earn a lot of money if you’re willing to work had and be persistent and consistent.

The reason for my call is that we’re doing a special promotion through (a city that they’re in).
We’re giving away a free a3 size book about (Autism Spectrum Disorder / The world of My Emotions). Do you have any children with Autism in your centre?”

So, what we do is we post a catalogue and a free A3 size book to you. The book also comes with free curriculum notes. I just need to ask you a couple of questions:
– Do you have any printed books in your centre? Or is everything electronic? ?
– Does your centre have any budget for books? ?
– So you’re able to get the material that you need from time to time? ?
– And, I guess you’re in charge of all of that aren’t you?
