My name is Aqueelah Shabazz and I am the founder of Sync Business Solutions Inc., a leading online coaching and business funding academy. Many of our students are seeking business funding and/or start their own business funding coaching company. They are looking to acquire high-ticket skill sets so as to achieve career advancement and financial freedom. We are leaders in the online business funding industry and receipts of multiple clients receiving six figures of funding for their businesses.

Responsibilities:

Business Funding Sales: Identify and engage prospective clients in need of business funding solutions. Educate them about our range of funding options and assist in selecting the most suitable product for their requirements.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their financial goals and offer ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.

Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative selling approach to understand clients’ specific funding needs and provide tailored solutions.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up on leads promptly. Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make informed sales strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach towards business growth.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business funding, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of business funding options, such as loans, lines of credit, merchant cash advances, and alternative funding solutions.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Results-Oriented: A self-motivated individual with a drive to achieve and surpass sales goals.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
