We offer two services for our customers: House Cleaning (Once-off cleans and Regular cleans), and End-of-Lease Cleans.
We want to bring in a Rockstar Sales Representative to help us grow.
About the role
As a Rockstar Remote Sales Representative at Calibre Cleaning, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by reaching out to potential customers and promoting our outstanding house cleaning services. This position is ideal for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, is highly motivated, and has a proven track record in outbound sales.
Responsibilities:
– Outbound Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads with the goal of introducing Calibre Cleaning’s services.
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our house cleaning services to potential customers.
Build rapport and establish a positive connection with leads to understand their cleaning needs.
– Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and cleaning requirements.
Gather relevant information to provide accurate quotes and proposals.
– Sales Pitch and Presentation:
Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of individual leads.
Use product knowledge to showcase the value of Calibre Cleaning’s services.
– CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Track and report on sales performance metrics.
– Customer Follow-Up:
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and address any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor sales pitches accordingly.
