Requirements:
*Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or reservations management.
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
*Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
*Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and diplomacy.
*Adaptability to learn and navigate new systems and processes quickly.
*Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
*Schedule :

Day off every Monday and Tuesday
*Wednesday 12 AM CT – 8AM CT
*Thursday – Friday 4 PM CT – 12 AM CT
*Saturday and Sunday 7 AM CT – 4 PM CT

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Email management and organization for the bolt farm treehouse email. This includes forwarding/assigning emails to the appropriate parties.
*Google Drive organization (organize existing and new documents into the appropriate folders)
*Create, refine & organize SOPs and playbooks.
*Preparing and maintaining various reports spreadsheets (IE logging upsells, arrival sheet, Calendly calls, etc.) and transferring information from various systems to Guesty (IE upsells purchased via Web flow)
*Response to general inquiries (that come in via email, chat, and text)Ensuring all Guest Details and required paperwork (IE *Liability Waivers, and upsell package selections) are up to date.
*Responding to Guesty messages during specified times
*Contact guests one week before Happy Hour to collect RSVPs.
*Researching guests’ social media feeds to gather data and find ways we can WOW
