Responsibilities: Appointment setters are responsible for consistently filling the sales calendar with qualified leads. You will be calling company leads, prospecting for new leads, and doing both cold and warm reach outs.
Required skills:
Great at talking to people with the ability to speak, write, and communicate well in English is mandatory for this role.
Ability to engage in sales communication by phone and through email.
Amazing team player and willing to work hard for team goals as well as individual goals.
Bring a fun positive attitude to our meetings.
Able and willing to work on different client accounts.
Detail-oriented and able to keep accurate records.
Comfortable working in a CRM.
Highly dependable. This is a tight-knit team and everyone has to pull their weight.
Able to consistently hit goals.
Able to consistently do a lot of phone calls (our setters do about 200 calls per week. That’s a lot of chit chat).
Hours: You will need to make calls during appropriate US hours. You will be working nights between the hours of 8am- 5pm US Mountain Time. This position is 10 to 20 hours per week.
Software Experience: Experience with working in Outlook, Zoom, and Keap CRM a plus.
Equipment needed: Computer, high-speed internet, and phone. We will provide you with a US-based phone number, email account, and access to our CRM.
