Job Description:

Our fast-growing digital marketing and virtual assistance company is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for inside sales calling and video conferencing meetings, developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct inside sales calling and video conferencing meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
-Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and other sales strategies
-Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term success
-Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly sales targets
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

-At least 2 years of experience in inside sales and video conferencing meetings
-Stable internet connection and reliable computer setup for video conferencing meetings
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with people from different backgrounds
-Knowledge of digital marketing and virtual assistance industry lingo and concepts
-Ability to handle rejection and not be afraid of hearing no
-Willingness to work flexible hours based on client availability
-Fluent in English

Preferred qualifications:

-Experience in B2B sales and account management
-Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
-Strong presentation skills and ability to create sales presentations
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
