Job Posting: Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sales Specialist who excels in business development, client engagement, and account management. As our Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth by securing new business, managing existing relationships, and supporting company goals through data-driven insights and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Conversion:
Manage and convert inbound leads, enquiries, and bookings.
Conduct outbound communication to support business development and increase bookings.
Meet or exceed monthly targets of outbound dials, conversations, and new contacts.
Client Management and Engagement:
Develop professional relationships with clients and potential clients.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely responses via Slack.
Manage debt collections and follow up on renewals.
Sales Reporting and Analytics:
Compile, monitor, and present weekly metrics on sales performance.
Supply end-of-day (EOD) reports and weekly (EOW) reports to management.
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement improvements to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Ensure efficient business operations by maintaining systems and processes at peak performance.
Team Collaboration:
Support cross-functional teams by managing referrals and partnerships.
Collaborate with Directors, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Assistant for strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in business development, lead generation, and sales conversion.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in managing sales data, reporting, and analytics.
Experience with Hubspot and Confluence alongside strong admin skills is a must.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, team-oriented environment.

Benefits:

Competitive base salary of PHP 12,000 – PHP 15,000 plus commission for each successful conversion.
Flexible work hours, with 30-hour weeks split between 8:30 am – 11:30 am and 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm AEDT.
