As a Sales Team member, you’ll be instrumental in empowering our Sales Team to excel in driving sales and revenue. Your mission? Facilitate seamless transitions from sales to delivery, strengthen client relationships, support their journey towards success within our programs, and ultimately contribute to impacting 50 million people.
=========== Primary Responsibilities ================
-Manage client onboarding process, ensuring completion of onboarding milestones as defined per program onboarding SOP.
-Conduct care calls and onboard clients to ensure they have access to all resources, identify potential sales opportunities, and promptly address any concerns.
-Assist clients in accessing relevant courses and private communities.
-Facilitate the signing of sales agreements.
-Ensure clients adhere to the 7-day period.
-Identify and pursue upsell opportunities in all channels, including private communities, text, and email communication.
-Spot upsell opportunities in live coaching sessions.
-Submit Sales EODs (End of Day reports).
