Role Description
– This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for:
– Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
– Engage with leads to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers
– Present our service features and benefits persuasively to potential customers
– Handle objections and address concerns raised by potential customers to ensure a positive customer experience
– Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
– Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
– Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers through follow-up communication
– Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
– Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies to improve sales performance

Qualifications
– Proven experience in outbound sales
– Strong negotiation and closing skills
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
– Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
– Proficiency in using CRM software
– Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
– Ability to work independently
– Excellent time management skills
– A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow professionally
