Our growing E-commerce company is looking for a competitive Sales specialist. The Sales Specialist develops and implements sales strategy, new business/membership/client development, retention of clients/members, negotiation of contracts, and identification of entrepreneurial enterprises and relationship management strategies. Duties are performed at various levels within the defined title.
You also help customers identify and purchase the products they desire. Sales Assistant duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
To be a successful sales and support assistant, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and customer service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Be able to build and maintain strong relationships
Previous experience as a sales executive is highly desirable
Pursue a career in sales and develop and train a team
Be able to create and maintain a sales pipeline
Be proactive in identifying sales opportunities and solution-oriented
Provide support to sales personnel in strengthening the customer base
Assist salespeople in maintaining and customer database.
Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding products or services.
Assist and support the sales team in achieving a hundred percent sales outcomes.
Generate lead possibilities and communicate with the sales department
Execute sales orders received through inbound calls from customers.
Schedule and organize sales meetings with prospective customers.
Coordinate between sales and production departments. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular calls, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Requirements:
Experience in the Cannabis industry is a plus
Proven working experience in eCommerce sales
Experience with Shopify
Klaviyo’s e-mail marketing experience
Zendesk experience
Can do attitude
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus
Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
High school degree
Experience in management is advantageous
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. We do offer a good pay package for the right candidate as well as a potential 15 days of paid leave as a bonus for long-term engagement every 1 year.
