Picnic Time is a successful & sunny SoCal-based wholesale supplier of premium outdoor leisure, gift, and promotional products established in a garage in 1982. (Don’t worry, we have a real office now.) We know picnic, we love picnic, and we live picnic – it’s literally in our name.

Job Description: The promotional sales specialist generates sales to promotional products distributors in the US by calling and emailing potential customers with company information, new product information, sales opportunities, and specials. Picnic Time will provide leads from trade shows, industry lists, and inactive former customers.

Responsibilities include:
• Conduct outbound calls to promotional product distributors in the USA to introduce our company and product lines.
• Actively listen to customer needs and identify opportunities to provide solutions through our promotional product offerings.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with distributors to build long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver clear and concise sales presentations highlighting the benefits of our products.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and sales activities.
• Participate in sales training programs and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the promotional products industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a clear and friendly telephone voice.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
• Experience with CRM software a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reports to: Promotional Sales Manager

Location: Remote – VPN access to virtual desk in Moorpark, CA 93021, USA
Hours: 6 AM – 3 PM Monday – Friday PST (West Coast USA)
Salary: US$5 per hour (Paid $400 every two weeks) + performance bonuses based on sales
