**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients who are looking to enhance their operational skills or expand their business in the short-term and mid-term rental industry. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Identify and target potential clients, including rental operators and landlords interested in improving their operational skills or expanding their business through co-hosting.
– Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients for our educational programs and consultancy services.
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
– Engage with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and industry conferences.
– Present and demonstrate the value of our programs to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and webinars.
– Work closely with the marketing team to develop materials that effectively communicate our offerings.
– Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the sales process.
– Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and market demands to help shape future offerings.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, hospitality, or rental market sectors. Ticket Sales or Event Sales a plus.
– Strong understanding of the short-term and mid-term rental industry, including operational challenges and growth opportunities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and motivation.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Dialer
