Job Description

In this role you will be part of the Sales Team at FYB Technology working closely with our team to deliver phenomenal results.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the entire sales funnel of our accounts, including lead processing, prospecting, cold calling, scheduling meetings, and closing deals
Identify and evaluate ideal clients for partnership and customers
Consistently achieve growth targets and sales goals
Act as the primary point of contact for new leads, assisting them through the onboarding process and addressing any operational or administrative concerns
Organizing campaigns that will increase sales revenue
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve their challenges effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Tech Support, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive business growth
Build a partner portfolio from scratch and negotiate the best products to deliver it to our customers
Lead from the front in closing deals, onboarding them, and account management for clients
Meet monthly objectives + coordinate Sales plans defined Commercial Team
Train and motivate the Sales Team
Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least, 2 years of experience in high-performance sales
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
Experience in training and motivating a sales team
Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
Highly organized with a knack for maintaining long-term professional relationships through effective listening and interpersonal communication skills
A proactive problem-solver, adept at overcoming challenges
You have a drive to lead initiatives and features till the end, even if the last mile is the hardest
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
