Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support and Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our sales and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with GoHighLevel CRM, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Manage sales inquiries and follow-up communications with new and recurring clients.
Support the sales team with CRM management using GoHighLevel.
Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
Assist in the creation and distribution of sales materials and presentations.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document management, and email correspondence.
Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Calendar Management:
Schedule and manage appointments for team members.
Coordinate meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure no scheduling conflicts.
Maintain and update calendars regularly.
Social Media Management:
Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to interactions.
Track social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, particularly in sales support and administrative roles.
Expertise in GoHighLevel CRM platform is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Experience with social media management tools and platforms.
High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales support role.
Familiarity with additional CRM systems and project management tools.
