Are you excited about being the driving force behind the sales team’s success and ensuring client satisfaction? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join our Sales Team.

As a Sales team member, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our Sales team to focus on what they do best – driving sales and revenue generation. Your mission? Ensure seamless transitions from sales to delivery, solidify client relationships, support their journey towards success within our programs, and ultimately contribute to impacting 50 million people.

This role offers a clear progression path within our sales team, allowing you to grow and advance your career.

=========== Primary Responsibilities ================

-Manage client onboarding process, ensuring completion of onboarding milestones as defined per program onboarding SOP.
-Conduct care calls and onboards to ensure clients have access to all resources, identify potential sales opportunities, and promptly address any concerns they may have.
-Assist clients in ensuring they have access to the relevant courses and private communities.
-Facilitate the signing of sales agreements.
-Ensuring clients stick within the 7-day period.
-Finding upsell opportunities in all channels, including but not limited to private communities, text, and email communication.
-Identify upsell opportunities in live coaching sessions
-Submits Sales EODs

-Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles.
-Hunger for success and ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment.
-Enjoys engaging in phone conversations and building relationships with clients.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Passionate about learning and personal growth.
-Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take initiative.
-Strong analytical skills to assess sales data, identify upsell opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
-Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
-Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively with virtual teams.
-Fluent in English
-Prior experience in the education or coaching industry is preferred.
