Through your diligent coordination, meticulous record-keeping, and proactive follow-ups, you will help build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the efficient operation of the sales process. Job Responsibilities:
Efficient Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare for all meetings efficiently and ensure all relevant parties are informed and prepared.
Client Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with clients to address their needs and questions, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Sit in on client meetings to provide administrative support, capturing key information and ensuring smooth communication.
Accurate Record Keeping: Record to-dos and notes accurately during meetings to maintain precise and reliable documentation.
Project Opportunity Identification: Create tickets and identify project opportunities based on client interactions and needs.
Quote Development: Develop accurate and compelling quotes based on client requirements and identified project opportunities.

Proficient Typing: Ability to type at a speed of 70 words per minute, ensuring efficient and accurate documentation.
Excellent Writing: Clear and professional communication skills for writing emails, notes, and quotes.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks, from note-taking, calendar management to quote development.
Time Management: Proven track record of managing deadlines and multiple priorities effectively. Never drops the ball, captures every detail, and ensures clarity in all tasks.
