Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English writing and speaking skills and be technically adept in using various software tools. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team, ensuring efficient sales operations, and contributing to the overall success of our digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:
– Creating Personalized Sales Proposals: Utilize our sales template to prepare customized proposals that meet the specific needs of potential clients.
– Follow-Up Emails and Check-Ins: Regularly engage with prospective clients through follow-up communications to maintain interest and momentum in the sales process.
– Sales Lead Pipeline Management: Ensure the sales lead pipeline in GoHighLevel is consistently updated and accurate.
– Sales Resources Management: Create and update sales materials to support the sales team’s efforts.
– Addressing Lead Concerns: Proactively respond to any queries or concerns from leads to facilitate their progression towards a sale.
– Coordination with Onboarding Specialist: Efficiently transfer sales lead details to the onboarding specialist for seamless client integration.
– Invoice Management: Create and send invoices to clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
– Market Research: Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors. This could involve analyzing market data to identify potential areas for expansion or new client acquisition.
– Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs. Analyze these reports to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
– Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. This may include providing insights on client preferences and market trends.
– Training and Development: Participate in company-provided training courses to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Also, assist in the training of new sales team members.
– Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the agency’s offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients and leads.
– Feedback Collection and Implementation: Collect feedback from clients and the sales team on the sales process and tools used. Implement improvements based on this feedback to streamline sales operations.
– Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to sales operations, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining client databases, and managing sales documentation.
– Profit Margin Tracking: Update and maintain the quote calculator spreadsheet to monitor and report on profit margins.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
– Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree) in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related area or 3 years relevant work experience in sales or sales support. Preferably within the digital marketing industry or a related field.
– Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
– Strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and use required software, including GoHighLevel CRM software.
– Previous experience in a sales support or related role, preferably within a digital marketing environment.
– Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and practices.
– Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
