We are an American Company in search of a diligent Sales Support Coordinator! This is a full-time opportunity brimming with potential for advancement for the right candidate.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm US EST, 40 hours a week.
Pay: $1,100-$1,200 USD per month + 13th month pay

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Coordinator who will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales team’s productivity and engagement with potential clients. This multifaceted position involves conducting comprehensive lead research, actively participating in client and team meetings, and utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and engagement. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, possess strong research and communication skills, and be proactive in supporting our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Lead Research and Client Engagement:
– Conduct thorough research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, qualify, and track new leads, ensuring a consistent and high-quality pipeline for the sales team.
– Actively engage with potential leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms, setting the stage for successful sales conversions.
– Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system, updating lead interactions, contact details, and company information to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

Meeting Participation and Coordination:
– Attend and actively participate in multiple client and internal team video meetings daily, providing support and showcasing our company’s offerings.
– Coordinate meeting schedules, send reminders, and ensure all necessary participants are informed and prepared, facilitating a smooth and productive meeting experience.

Comprehensive Support and Collaboration:
– Serve as a liaison between the sales team and potential clients, managing inbound inquiries and directing leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
– Work collaboratively with the sales team using Google Chat & Google Meet, contributing to efficient communication and lead management.
– Utilize digital tools and platforms to support the sales team’s outreach efforts, particularly in securing meetings for conferences and business travel.

Qualifications:
– Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (especially ), and virtual meeting technologies.
– Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in all client and team interactions.
– Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proven track record of success in a supportive or lead-generating sales role.
– Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
– At least 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
– Availability to work within US EST business hours.
