Key Responsibilities:
– Seamless coordination of sales and client operations.
– Identify and initiate connections with potential prospects to build positive relationship experiences and community on social media platforms.
– Monitor and promptly respond to new messages, keywords, or crucial points of engagement.
– CRM Management: maintain up-to-date integrity of our interaction tracking tools and records, and guarantee consistent communication.
– Oversee our Mailing List and electronic mailing database contacts, ensuring it’s up-to-date and efficient.
– Facilitate the organization and promotion of events.
– Lead the onboarding process for new clients, creating a memorable first impression.
– Produce insightful market research to identify opportunities for business expansion.
– Maintain and enhance the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and always be on the lookout for improvement opportunities.

You must be DETAIL-ORIENTED. We need someone who is accurate and has an eye for detail. We need you to spot things that don’t make sense before anyone else, call them out and then put systems in place to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

You must be DRIVEN to EXCELLENCE and SUCCESS. You must be a POSITIVE person who doesn’t give up, blame others or make excuses.

You’ll always be the most PROACTIVE person in the room who takes INITATIVE. Waiting and reacting isn’t your style. You’re always finding and pulling out things that need to be actioned, and add value— all without needing to be told.

You must be HIGH ENERGY: We need someone with the drive and stamina to manage tasks efficiently, and ‘get a lot of stuff done’ in a high-performance team.

You must be LIKABLE and AUTHENTIC. You’re naturally a people person who is great at building rapport with people. You must LOVE helping people and chatting to people. If this is not you…do NOT apply!

You must be METHODICAL. If you don’t like routine, and you don’t like details, this is NOT the position for you. You must be comfortable sticking to the ROUTINE and PROCESS.
