Pre-Qual Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for Sales Specialists who are experienced in consultative selling, highly motivated by conducting meaningful conversations and committed towards exceeding all targets. You would be joining our fast-growing team of 40+ team members from 10 different countries across the globe.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Support Executive you would be focussed on the pre-qualification of potential participants who will be recruited to provide language skills in one of our immersive camps in Europe. Your main responsibilities would include the following:
Reviewing, assessing and contacting applications from candidates who are interested in securing a placement for a volunteering position in one of Angloville’s language improvement camps.
Contacting international candidates online, via telephone or video conferencing for the purpose of arranging interviews.
Conducting pre-qualification interviews with potential applicants who would be mainly from the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland and other countries to assess their suitability for participation in our programs.
Promoting the features, advantages and benefits of participation in one of our language programs and progressing suitable candidates for interview.
Conducting all post-interview communications: program information details, travel arrangement guidance, securing payment and other compliance documentation required for travel.
Upselling and Cross-selling additional products and services like ANGLO TEFL and teaching English as a Second Language paid opportunities (ESL)
Desirable Skill-Set:
The ideal candidate should have as many of the following attributes:
Motivated to develop your career in Sales, Travel and Recruitment
Focussed on exceeding all targets and meeting KPI’s
Confident and expert articulator both verbally and in writing
Enjoy speaking to international candidates both over the phone and online
Experience in following call plans and using CRM tools
Ability to operate in a fast pace environment
Competitive and collaborative team player
Comfortable working from home remotely
Essential Requirements:
You must possess the following:
Speak native-level English
Some Sales experience with track record of achievements
Some work experience in an English-speaking environment
Camera enabled desktop/ laptop
At least 5 mbps internet speed both for upload and download (Remote position)
