Responsibilities:

– Use Dianxiaomi software to process orders and invoices accurately and efficiently
– Manage the order pipeline, follow up with customers on payment status, and ensure timely delivery of orders
– Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with sales team to identify new opportunities and drive growth
– Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries via text-based communication channels
– Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process and system enhancements
– Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as order processing time, accuracy rate, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:

– Fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin/Chinese language for text-based communication
– Strong proficiency in Dianxiaomi software and other sales support tools
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales support, order management, or a related field
– Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
