We’re a well-established SaaS startup, operating for 12+ years in the customer service industry, and we’re looking for FULL TIME SALES REPRESENTATIVE to assist us and expand our presence!

What are the responsibilities?
– To anwser the phone and anwser sales and support questions.
– To access the customers PC or Tablet and provide extended support via chat and tickets and pass more complex support requests to our in-house team.
– To address sales related questions and set up demos, provide high level demonstrations of our product line and pass sales ops to our in-house sales team if the sales opportunity is about a certain $ amount otherwise close the deal, send the invoice, collect payment.
– Billing assistance, help our internal accounting team to communicate upcoming invoices and billing increases and to help collect past due accounts
– Customer Success duties, contacting customers and make sure they know about new features via email and phone and be – ready to demonstrate new features
What would a typical day in this role look like?
– 9am to 5pm PST MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS AND 8- 12 noon Saturday (6 days a week)
– Ready to answer chat sessions transfered by agents, respond to overnight tickets, contact existing customers to communicate new features in between sales and support calls and emails.
What are the “must-have” skillsets of a successful candidate?
– Excellent English is must-have
– Use all google apps, google docs, sheets, email and google meet for demos and support
– Ability to present proposals and complete high level product demonstrations
– Ability to take inbound and outbound calls – must love phone work
– Ability to place outbound sales calls
– Should be an Android user and use Android devices
