JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Support & Research Specialist, you will play a crucial role in setting up and managing sales software, conducting lead identification, and supporting the overall sales process for our clients. Your organizational skills, structured approach, and understanding of sales dynamics will be essential in this role. Experience with the Scandinavian market is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Sales Software Setup and Management:
– Configure and maintain sales CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive) for early-stage tech companies.
– Ensure the sales software is tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
– Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use the CRM.
Lead Identification:
– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and sales opportunities.
– Compile and maintain a database of high-quality leads for each client.
– Utilize various tools and techniques to gather and verify lead information.
Sales Support:
– Assist the sales team in organizing and managing their sales pipelines.
– Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics.
– Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships.
Market Research:
– Perform in-depth research on the Scandinavian market to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
– Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to help clients make informed decisions.
Process Improvement:
– Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and workflows.
– Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales support and sales research roles.
– Familiarity with the Scandinavian market is highly desirable.
– Experience working with early-stage tech companies is a plus.
– Proficient in using sales CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive) with a demonstrated ability to set up and manage such systems.
